What is Adult Diving ?
At White Rock Diving we offer engaging classes for all ages. Our adult classes are for anyone who is interested in diving. No experience necessary !!
In Masters/Adult Diving, participants will learn the basics of jumps and falls and eventually many more advanced skills for different directions, positions and heights!
